Bharath Rangamannar

Bharath Rangamannar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Bharath most recently worked as the Director of Engineering at Sysdig starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Engineering at Oso from September 2022 to June 2023.

Bharath's notable experience includes being the Director of Engineering (Head of SaaS) at Lacework from October 2019 to September 2022. In this role, they led the core backend organization and played a crucial role in achieving a 300% year-over-year increase in revenue and a company valuation of over $8.5 billion. Bharath also established a strong SaaS team, drove product roadmap development, supported customer scale, formed key partnerships, and contributed to the acquisition and platform integration of Soluble.

Prior to Lacework, Bharath worked at Veritas Technologies LLC as a Senior Software Engineer from June 2017 to September 2018, and as a Software Engineer from January 2016 to June 2017. Bharath also gained experience as a Software Developer at Charles River Development from July 2012 to December 2015, and as a Software Developer Intern at Maxwell Systems Inc from December 2011 to March 2012.

Additionally, Bharath served as a Solutions Architect Intern at iVEDiX, where they worked on graphics development and app creation for iOS devices from May 2011 to August 2011. Bharath Rangamannar completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai from 2006 to 2010. Bharath then pursued a Masters' degree in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2012.
