Chris Kaye is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service desk management and technical support. Currently serving as IT Service Desk Manager at SysGroup since March 2019, Chris previously held positions at Certus Technology Group as IT Service Desk Team Lead and IT Support Engineer, as well as at Santia Limited as IT Help Desk Technician. Prior experience includes IT Help Desk Technician roles at Connaught PLC and Monwell Hankinson, and an Information Technology Assistant position. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Computing Informatics from the University of Plymouth, completed in 2009, and has a foundational education with A levels and 11 GCSEs from Ysgol Gyfun Gwynllyw.
