Carla Lusica

Carla Lusica has extensive experience in finance and administration roles. Carla started their career as an Assistant Accountant - Analyst at Canon Australia in 2001, where they were responsible for balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis. Carla then moved on to become an Accountant - General, overseeing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.

In 2009, Carla became a Financial Accountant at Canon Australia, where they managed a team and ensured the accuracy of financial reports. Carla also handled internal and external audits and Sarbanes Oxley testing.

Carla joined Sysmex Asia Pacific in 2014 as a Chief Accountant, where they set up the subsidiary Sysmex Australia and managed financial reporting, budgeting, and cash management. Carla then progressed to the role of Financial Controller, where they were responsible for budget preparation, analysis, and strategic planning. Carla is currently serving as the Director of Finance at Sysmex Asia Pacific, overseeing finance, human resources, and supply chain management for Sysmex Australia. Carla has also been involved in the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA.

Throughout their career, Carla has demonstrated strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and experience with SAP systems.

Carla Lusica began their education at Western Sydney University in 1998 and completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in 2001. With a major in Accounting, their studies focused on this field. Carla later pursued the CPA Australia Program from 2007 to 2010. No specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this program.
