Montse Reig

Montse Reig is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional with a strong background in developing and standardizing recruitment processes across various organizations. Currently serving as EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager at Sysmex Europe, Montse leads recruitment operations for 30 affiliates and focuses on optimizing workflows related to mobility programs and employer branding. Previous roles include Human Resources Business Partner for Sysmex España, Corporate Talent Development at Argal Alimentación, and Talent Acquisition positions at Applus+ IDIADA and Harvey Nash Group. Montse's early career included roles in coaching and recruitment consulting, alongside significant experience in learning and development management.
