Omer Babikir

Omer Babikir is an experienced Technical Service Team Leader at Sysmex Middle East FZ - LLC since September 2008, overseeing daily service operations, distributing tasks among Field Service Representatives (FSRs), and focusing on customer satisfaction and quality service standards. Previously, Omer held positions as a Senior Field Service Biomedical Engineer and a Field Service Biomedical Engineer, managing service operations and providing technical support for Sysmex products in various medical settings. Prior experience includes roles as a Clinical Engineer at Samama Group of Companies and a Service Engineer at the Federal Ministry of Health, as well as positions in renal diseases and clinical engineering. Omer holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Sudan University of Science & Technology.
