Joel Glidden is an experienced executive with a strong background in program management and leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Syssero®, Joel previously held roles including Vice President at Collaborative Solutions, LLC and AVP of the Enterprise PMO at Sutherland. Other significant positions include Senior Program Manager, Senior Engagement Manager, and Solution Center Manager at Workday, as well as Practice Director at Synchronous Solutions, Inc. Joel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University, completing studies between 1988 and 1993.
