Fraser Yates has over two decades of experience in the field of technology, starting from a Customer Service Specialist at Prudential plc in 1996. Fraser then progressed to various roles such as Technical Support Analyst and Senior Technical Support Analyst at PGDS (UK ONE) LIMITED.
