Martin Johansson

Martin Johansson is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality management and engineering across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Quality and Environment at System 3R since August 2022, Martin is a key member of the management board, overseeing quality and environmental aspects of product development and manufacturing in Europe and Asia, as well as maintaining relevant certifications. Prior to this role, Martin held positions as Quality and Environmental Manager at Inmotion Technologies AB, where responsibilities included ensuring customer satisfaction for major clients and leading strategic planning efforts. Additional experience includes significant roles at Kollmorgen, Danaher Motion, and Infineon AG, focusing on quality management, hardware design, and chip development. Martin holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MSc in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering and an MBA.
