Nicky Gould

Nicky Gould currently serves as the EPR Delivery Manager at System C Healthcare, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Nicky worked at the University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust from September 1996 to December 2022, where responsibilities included Deputy Head of Nursing and project lead for the Every Minute Matters initiative, aimed at enhancing patient productivity during hospital stays. Additional roles included Deputy Head of Nursing for Medicine, Matron for the Adult ICU, and Critical Care Registered Nurse. Nicky holds a Master’s degree in Advancing Healthcare Practice from The Open University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the same institution, along with education from the University of the West of England.
