Samuel Koontz

Samuel Koontz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology protection and engineering. Currently serving as the Program Protection Lead at SAIC since July 2021, Samuel has previously held roles such as Sr. Technology Protection Engineer at System High Corporation, where contributions to the Army Research and Technology Protection Center led to significant enhancements in program protection strategies. Past positions include Manufacturing Engineer at The Manitowoc Company, Production Controller at Raytheon, and leadership roles at Brigham Young University, where Samuel spearheaded innovative engineering projects.
