Bob Roadcap has over 20 years of independent consulting experience managing a diverse range of projects varying in complexity of scope, schedules, and budgets ranging from as small as $10K to as large as $100M in business value. Bob has more than 10 years of experience executing projects with state and local government clients, specifically with a variety of agencies within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Bob also has experience executing projects in the manufacturing and retail packaged goods industries. Bob has experience managing projects and cross functional teams using traditional and agile project management methodologies and holds many current industry standard certifications that affirm his project management abilities including PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM I, CSP-SM, CSP-PO, Scrum Foundations Educator, Lean Change Agent, SSGB, and ITIL-F. Bob MCSE and MCNE are expired.
Bob has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Currently Bob is enrolled in a Master’s of Project Management program at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology with a projected completion date of March 2023.
Additionally, Bob teaches Master’s Level courses in Business Analysis and Project Management as a corporate faculty member at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology for over 6 years and enjoys giving back to, educating, mentoring, and coaching the next generation of project managers. Bob is an active member and ex-board member attending meetings at the local PMI Keystone chapter in Central PA (since 2012) and the Central PA Agile Users Group (since 2014).
Bob has lived in York, PA for more than 20 years. In his spare time, Bob spends time with his daughter going to local baseball games as fans of the Harrisburg Senators and York Revolutions and exercising her two dogs a 6-year-old 60-lb pit bull terrier and a 2-year-old 75-lb Doberman Pinscher.
