As a co-author and board member of Creating Jobs Inc., Manny contributes to resources for emerging entrepreneurs. With over 19 years of experience as a co-founder of both De La Vega Wine, Tapas & Sangria and De La Vega Catering, Manny has dedicated efforts to enhancing community lives and delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Previous experience includes co-founding DE LA VEGA RUM, TAPAS, & TEQUILA, which highlighted Latin Fusion cuisine and premium spirits. Manny's educational background includes a graduation certificate from Mastery University, covering various aspects of business, finance, and leadership, and a degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from The University of New Mexico.
