Leonardo Vandelli

Leonardo Vandelli is an experienced R&D Mechanical Engineer currently working at System Ceramics since September 2021, focusing on mechanical design and PLC software prototypes for industrial automation in the End Of Line department. Previously, Leonardo gained manufacturing experience at Officina Meccanica F.lli Vandelli Srl, where responsibilities included operating CNC machines and managing warehouse organization. Early career experience includes an internship at System Ceramics, contributing to the design of an industrial automation machine for ceramic material handling. Leonardo holds a Master's degree in Mechatronic Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, complemented by a diploma in Electronics and Electrical Engineering for Automation from Istituto Tecnico Industriale Enrico Fermi.
