Tonya Shrader, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Systemair NA since February 2024. Prior to this role, Tonya was the Human Resources Director at Oakes Auto Inc. from September 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included providing HR leadership for a growing multi-state automotive group, managing payroll, executing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance.
