Rozita Fadakar R. has over 30 years of work experience, beginning with a Director role at Xerox in 1989. Rozita Fadakar then moved to Consulting Services in 2003, where they held the role of VP with broad functional exposure and experience in eBusiness Suites, Siebel Call Center, Siebel Field Service, Siebel Sales, Oracle Financials, Discrete Manufacturing, Inventory, Material Requirements Planning, Supply Chain Planning, and Order Management. In 2007, Rozita joined Oracle as Senior Director and Program Lead, with primary skills in project management, strong functional and consulting expertise in end to end Oracle EBS implementations, solution architecture, ERP Assessment, pre-sales, practice development, onsite-offshore methodology, software design and development. Rozita Fadakar then moved to Corporation in 2008, where they held the role of Principal. Finally, in 2009, Rozita joined Systems Integrator corp as VP of Program Management Advisory.

Rozita Fadakar R. obtained their PhD in IT and Global Internet Marketing from 1998 to 2002. Rozita Fadakar then attended the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2003 for an Executive MBA. Rozita Fadakar also attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and obtained an MSBA in IT. In 2010, they completed their Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute - PMI.
