Asheesh Vashisht

Asheesh Vashisht has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Asheesh started their career as a Junior Programmer in Systems Plus Pvt Ltd. in 1993 and then moved on to become a Programmer/Implementation and later a Branch Head at the same company. Asheesh then joined Softbrands in 2000 as a Senior Consultant. In 1995, they joined Systems Plus Pvt. Ltd. again, this time as an Operations Manager and eventually became the Manager of ERP Implementations.

In 2005, Asheesh co-founded and became the Director of Futuristic Info Solution Pvt. Ltd., where they played a key role in growing the company from one employee to over 25. Asheesh was responsible for strategic decision-making, customer support, and overall operation of the organization.

In 2008, they joined Kromium Consulting Pvt. Ltd. as a Director, contributing to customer satisfaction and financial growth through superior technology and sales/distribution processes.

From 2005 to 2011, Asheesh also worked as a Principal Consultant - Technology Outsourcing & Initiatives at Abalone Professionals.

In 2009, they joined Metaphor Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as the Head of Operations, where they specialized in providing total solutions to various companies across domains of technology and consulting.

Lastly, Asheesh currently holds the position of President - Global Inhouse Center at Systems Plus Solutions, where they previously served as the Head of the Global Inhouse Center.

Asheesh Vashisht completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in EPM from Bangalore University from 1989 to 1991. Asheesh then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Mysore from 1991 to 1993.

In addition to their formal education, Asheesh Vashisht has obtained several certifications. Asheesh became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) through Scrum Alliance in October 2015. Asheesh also obtained certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in July 2018, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI ACP) from the Project Management Institute in November 2014, and Certified Scrum Professional from Scrum Alliance in June 2016. Asheesh Vashisht also holds certifications in Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in April 2020 and Leading Productive Meetings from LinkedIn in December 2018. Additionally, they have certifications in Having Difficult Conversations (2013) from LinkedIn in November 2018, RPA Program Manager from Automation Anywhere in April 2020, and Creating a Culture of Change from LinkedIn in April 2020.
