Sam Kitchen has over 30 years of work experience in the IT and Telecommunications fields. Sam began their career in 1991 as Telecommunications and Mechanical Manager at First Hospital Corporation. In 1995, they moved to Northwestern Human Resources as Facilities / Telecommunications Director where they managed all mechanical, electrical, and telephony projects throughout the East Coast. In 2000, they joined Expanets as Project Manager / Senior VOIP Engineer. Here, they managed the design, implementation, and delivery of Avaya IP Telephony and infrastructure projects. In 2004, they became Director of Support Services for Managed Services at MTM Technologies. Sam then progressed to Regional Director of Services, where they project managed the delivery of IT service projects and supervised the professional and field service teams. In 2020, they joined NCS Technologies as Director of Customer Support Services, developing the client facing service desk and managing service delivery and support teams. Most recently in 2021, they became Service Delivery Manager at Systems Solution, Inc. (SSI).
Sam Kitchen attended Villanova University from 2004 to 2006, where they earned an Advanced Project Management Achievement in Project Management. Sam also attended Upper Moreland from 1982 to 1987. In May 2020, they obtained a Cybersecurity Awarness Training certification from ESET North America.
