Alaeldin Saeed

Alaeldin Saeed is an Application Engineer at Border States since April 2024. Prior experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Iowa, where collaboration with Prof. Toor focused on the development and prototyping of Thermophotovoltaic systems from May 2022 to June 2024. Alaeldin also worked as a Production Engineer at Masakin Fiberglass Doors from October 2013 to January 2016, responsible for planning production schedules and overseeing operations, and as a Maintenance Engineer at Haggar Group from October 2011 to July 2013, managing branch operations and providing technical support. Alaeldin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Renewable Energy from the University of Iowa, completed in December 2023.
