Jack Massion

Jack Massion has a solid background in talent acquisition and human resources. Jack currently serves as the Talent and HR Lead at SystemsAccountants, where they are responsible for managing the global HR function and driving the growth of the company's employer brand. Jack also focuses on standardizing the recruitment process, increasing retention, learning and development, HR compliance, and the use of employee metrics for informed decision-making.

Prior to their current role, Jack held a similar position at Vursor.

Before that, Jack worked at SystemsAccountants as a Managing Recruitment Consultant, where they led a team of NetSuite specialist recruiters. Jack helped the company become a trusted partner for hundreds of NetSuite clients and maintained a high placement fill rate. Jack was also a Sr. NetSuite Consultant, actively developing relationships to expand the US business in cloud-based financial systems, particularly NetSuite and Workday.

Jack's earlier experience includes roles as a Business and Talent Specialist at Starpoint Solutions, an Associate IT Recruiter at Sentinel Technologies, and an Admissions Counselor at Kettering University.

Jack Massion attended Kalamazoo College from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology.
