Tamas Varkonyi

Tamas Varkonyi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations. As a Co-Founder of both EquityPeople since August 2022 and SystemTwo.co since March 2023, Tamas brings a wealth of knowledge to the entrepreneurial space. Previous roles include People Partner at The People Collective from August 2021 to July 2022, and a focus on People & Operations at Ledgy from August 2020 to July 2021. Prior to these positions, Tamas served as a Project Manager and Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Cambridge from September 2017 to June 2020, and worked as an HR Consultant and HR Advisory Intern at PwC between September 2014 and August 2017. Tamas holds an MPhil in Social and Developmental Psychology from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
