Akshay Mangal Mahar

Akshay Mangal Mahar, PhD, is an accomplished Assistant Bridge Engineer at SYSTRA International Bridge Technologies, currently engaged in the HS2 project and a tender for an upcoming metro project, with responsibilities including preparation of BoQ and structural schedules. Previously, Akshay served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where research focused on developing an Indian Standard for modular housing. With a robust educational background featuring a Joint Ph.D. from Queensland University of Technology and a Doctor of Philosophy from IIT Madras, Akshay's early career included a role as a Quality Assurance & Inspection Engineer at Sterlite Power on a significant power transmission project.
