Marie Delasson has a diverse work experience in various roles within the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Marie started their career in 2012 as an International Business Developer at Laboratoires Pierre Fabre Médicament. Marie then worked as a Business Account Executive for North America at Minasolve. In 2014, Marie became a Sales Manager for Southern Europe at Inolex Chemical Company. Their responsibilities included managing sales and developing new partnerships in the region.

In 2017, Marie joined Sytheon Ltd. as the EMEA Sales & Marketing Manager, where they oversaw the distribution network in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Marie managed key accounts, organized trade shows, developed marketing materials, and revamped the corporate website. Marie was instrumental in establishing a successful subsidiary in Singapore for Sytheon Ltd., taking on the role of Asia Pacific General Manager in 2022. In this position, they handled legal and regulatory compliance, recruitment, and operational processes. Marie also had full P&L responsibility, developed strategic plans, and managed a network of distributors and key customers to drive sales growth and enhance market share.

Marie Delasson's education history begins in 2006 when they enrolled at the Université des Sciences of Montpellier to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. Marie successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2010.

In 2010, Marie Delasson continued their education at IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management, where they pursued a Master's Degree in International Business Engineering. Their studies at IAE FRANCE lasted until 2012, and they obtained their Master's Degree in Chargé d'Affaires Internationales (International Business).

During their time at IAE FRANCE, Marie Delasson also had the opportunity to further enhance their knowledge in the field of international business by participating in the Global MBA program at National Taiwan University. This program took place from 2011 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Marie Delasson has obtained two certifications to complement their skills and knowledge. Marie completed the "Marketing in an Analog World" course offered by Coursera in June 2020. Moreover, in April 2020, they completed the "Digital Media and Marketing Strategies" course, also provided by Coursera.
