Hélène Ferreira - Shaw

Hélène Ferreira-Shaw has extensive experience in communications, starting from their role as a Corporate & Regulatory Affairs Management Trainee at BAT Switzerland from December 2004 to December 2006. Hélène then went on to work as a CSR & Communication Junior Manager at BAT Switzerland from January 2007 to November 2008. After that, they joined HSBC Private Banking as an Internal Communications Specialist from November 2008 to September 2012. Hélène was then promoted to Head of Employee Communications, Switzerland at HSBC Private Banking from October 2012 to September 2014. Following that, they served as the Head of Campaigns at HSBC Private Banking from October 2014 to June 2018, and then as the Head of Content from June 2018 to June 2022. Currently, they are the Senior Communications Manager at Syz Group since March 2023 and is also the Head of Communications for the same organization from January 2024 onwards.

Hélène Ferreira-Shaw completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics & International Relations at the University of Warwick from 1998 to 2001. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Public Relations at the University of Southern California from 2002 to 2004.
