Olivier Bédu

Olivier BÉDU has a diverse work experience in IT operations and systems. Olivier is currently working as the Head of IT Operations at Syz Group since October 2021. Prior to this role, they were the Head of IT Systems at Syz Group from June 2020 to October 2021. Olivier also worked as an Engineer Systems at Bechtle Suisse SA from January 2020 to May 2020. Olivier has experience as a Messaging/Office 365 Expert Consultant at AiM Services in November 2019, and as a UC & Messaging Platform Owner at The Adecco Group from May 2018 to October 2019. Olivier also served as the Deputy Platform Owner - Office 365 at The Adecco Group from September 2015 to April 2018. Olivier's earlier experiences include working as a Consultant Infrastructure - Unified Communication at EXAKIS NELITE from April 2010 to August 2015, a Technician Infrastructure at Camval-Communauté d'agglomération Mâconnais-Val de Saône from July 2009 to March 2010, and a Developer at Office de tourisme de Mâcon from January 2009 to June 2009. Olivier started their career as a Technician Developer at Partner Informatique in July 2008 and as a Technician Infrastructure at Sydesl from January 2008 to June 2008.

Olivier Bédu earned a Master II Expert en Informatique et Systèmes d'Information degree from SUPINFO from 2006 to 2010. Olivier also obtained a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur degree in Informatique from Lycée Lamartine from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they received a Baccalauréat in STT Informatique de Gestion from the same institution during the same period. Olivier has also obtained several certifications, including Prince2 Foundation in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2018, ITIL v3 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2015, and various Microsoft certifications in Exchange Server.
