David Rouse

As the Director of Information Technology at T.A. Loving Company, David is responsible for the overall planning, organization and execution of all IT functions for the company. The IT staff reports to David and that team works with various departments within the company to evaluate and implement technical solutions. The IT team coordinates with hardware and software vendors to implement solutions the management team selects. The IT department is also responsible for maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure.

David earned his B.S. in Computer Science at North Carollina State University. He started as a programmer for IBM, worked in the support department for Viewpoint, a construction software company, and has managed IT Departments in the construction industry for more than 25 years.
