Jeff Price

As the lead estimator of the Linework Branch of the Utility Division at T.A. Loving Company, Jeff’s role is to estimate much of the Utility Division’s linework projects. These projects include, but are not limited to, Transmission/Distribution Water Mains, Gravity Sewer Collection and Interceptor Mains, Pressure Sewer Force Mains, Storm Drainage, Water Booster Pumping Stations, Sanitary Sewer Pump Stations, Trenchless Utility Rehabilitations, Urban Water/Sewer/Storm/Roadway Rehabilitations, City Water/Sewer Annexation Projects & Design-Build. Jeff is involved with building and maintaining many relationships with key vendors, subcontractors, in-house labor force and clients to ensure successful, profitable and quality projects for the Utility Division. Jeff is also involved with transitioning winning estimates/bids to T.A. Loving’s management personnel, including Project Managers, Project Engineers and Superintendents.

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science from East Carolina University and has been employed with T.A. Loving for over 10 years.
