Sara Jarrett

As the Director of Risk Management, Sara brings over 23 years of professional experience in the field of risk management and insurance and plays a key role in T. A. Loving’s executive leadership team. Her primary responsibilities include management of their insurance and surety programs, claims processes, subcontractor risks and contractual risks. Driven by a love of analytics, problem solving, and people, Sara works closely with each department to develop processes and raise awareness to mitigate future organizational risks to protect the wellbeing of their team members and business partners.
