Ryan Downer

Ryan Downer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Engineering Balance since January 2018, Ryan provides quality services in engineering, design, and process control, focusing on cost and time savings for organizations. Previously at T.D. Williamson, Ryan held various roles, including Product Development Project Manager III, Engineering Project Manager III, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Product and Reliability Mechanical Engineer II, where contributions spanned project management, process improvement, and global training initiatives. Ryan's early career included positions as a CNC Machinist and R&D Intern. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah.
