Nacho Monclus is currently working as a Portfolio Manager Iberia | Southern Hemisphere at T. Edward Wines. Previously, Monclus has held various roles in the wine and restaurant industry, such as Wine Buyer at Despaña Brand Foods, Manager / Co-Owner at Camperdown Elm Restaurant, Beverage Manager / Sommelier at Garces Group, and Consultant Manager at Lupulo. Monclus also worked as a Beverage Director- Manager at Socarrat Restaurants and as a General Manager at Yerbabuena & Co. With a background in sommelier training from Universidad de Valladolid and Camara de Comercio de Madrid, Monclus has consistently demonstrated expertise in managing beverage programs, developing wine lists, and improving overall profitability for various establishments.
