T. Howard Foundation
Jessie Choong currently serves as an Associate Negotiator at Zenith from December 2023. In addition to this role, Jessie has been involved with the T. Howard Foundation as an Alumni and part of the Final Talent Pool since January 2022. Prior to these positions, Jessie worked as a Kiosk Barista at Breads Bakery and interned at Accenture as a Project Management Support Intern in 2023, and at Hearst Technology as a Technology Business Management Intern earlier in the year. Jessie co-founded the Operations Management Club at Baruch College, which enhances student engagement with faculty and industry experts in business operations. Furthermore, Jessie’s experience includes a project management internship at Hearst and working as a poll worker for the Board of Elections in New York City. Jessie began professional endeavors in the food service industry with roles at Bambū and Black Book. Jessie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management from Baruch College and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from the Borough of Manhattan Community College.

T. Howard Foundation
The T. Howard Foundation’s mission is to serve as a resource for diversity in the media and entertainment industry by increasing the representation of men and women of color. The Foundation is named after Taylor Howard, a Stanford professor who pioneered cable television satellite technology and who himself was a champion of diversity. Located in Silver Spring, MD, the T. Howard Foundation conducts a nationwide recruitment effort every year, visiting more than 60 public and private colleges to increase awareness about its Internship Program and to identify students of color who qualify for placement into sponsored full-time internship opportunities with industry leading media and entertainment companies, including but not limited to: AMC Networks, ESPN, NBA, HBO, Showtime, Discovery Communications, Comcast | NBCUniversal, Time Warner Cable, Scripps Interactive Networks, A+E Networks, NUVOtv, BBC, GMMB, CBS Sports, and Viacom. Since its inception, the T. Howard Foundation has introduced more than 900 interns to the media and entertainment industry, and more than 200 alumni of the Internship Program have secured full-time career opportunities in the industry ranging from entry- level to executive-level positions.
