Michiel Heikens

Michiel Heikens has extensive experience in management and human resource roles, currently serving as Vertrouwenspersoon VPO & VPI at TK Maxx since November 2017, focusing on standards of conduct and integrity. Prior to this, Michiel held a managerial position at TJX Europe since January 2016, contributing to one of the largest off-price retail companies globally. Michiel's career also includes a significant tenure as Manager Scapino at Macintosh Fashion Nederland from July 2002 to January 2016. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Hanze University, an Associate's degree in the same field, a course in vertrouwenspersoon from CVPB, and an MBO level 4 in Retail Management from Alfa College.
