Matthew Archer

Matthew Archer has over 20 years of experience in the mapping and GIS industry. Matthew began their career in 1996 as a GIS Analyst at Metria AB. In 2000, they joined T-Kartor Group, where they held various roles, including Head of Map Production, Technical Project Manager, and Section Manager of City Wayfinding. In these roles, they managed an experienced and technically competent team of map data analysts, graphic designers, and software developers to create highly automated City Wayfinding, Public Transport and Defence map outputs for on-street signage, for print, and as part of T-Kartor's digital online mapping solutions. Matthew also provided technical project management, cartographic design, workflow and customised production development, database administration, and quality assurance for customers in the City Wayfinding, Public Transportation and Defence sectors, covering England, France, Germany, Scandinavia, the United States, including major cities such as London, Birmingham (UK), Paris, Stockholm, New York City and Toronto.

Matthew Archer attended the University of Leicester from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography.
