Dr. Gianna Triller has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of scientific research. Dr. Gianna is currently working as a Scientist II at T-knife Therapeutics since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Scientist at the same company from April 2021 to April 2022. Before joining T-knife Therapeutics, Dr. Triller served as a Scientific Consultant and Co-Founder, Senior Scientist at Panosome GmbH from April 2021 to present. Dr. Gianna also held the same roles at Hepione Therapeutics Inc. from November 2019 to April 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at DKFZ German Cancer Research Center from August 2018 to April 2021. Dr. Gianna also gained valuable experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher and PhD Student at the same institution from September 2017 to October 2017 and from February 2015 to September 2017, respectively. Dr. Triller started their scientific career as a PhD Student at Max Planck Institute for Infection Biology from October 2012 to January 2015. Dr. Gianna began their research journey as a Research Assistant and Student Intern at The Rockefeller University from August 2011 to August 2012 and from October 2010 to August 2011, respectively. Dr. Gianna Triller completed their Bachelor of Science in Biology at Ruhr University Bochum from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they pursued their Master of Science in Molecular Biology, also at Ruhr University Bochum, from 2009 to 2011. Dr. Triller then continued their education at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, where they earned their doctoral degree, Dr. rer. nat., in Immunology and Infectious Diseases from 2012 to 2017.
