Barb Schlittenhard

Barb Schlittenhard currently serves as the Sr. Director of Learning & Talent Development at T-Mobile, a position held since November 2020, where responsibilities include leading centralized learning initiatives and talent development strategies across various business functions. Prior to this role, Barb was the Director of Learning & Development at T-Mobile, introducing a strategic vision for employee learning and technology. With extensive experience at Sprint from 1999 to 2020, Barb held multiple leadership positions, culminating as Director of Learning & Development Sprint University, overseeing training for more than 60,000 employees. Barb's career began in recruitment at Sprint and included a significant role as the Director of the Women’s Intersport Network for Kansas City. Barb holds a Master’s degree in Sports Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Fort Hays State University.
