Broady Hodder

Broady Hodder is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal affairs. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary at T-Mobile since April 2018, Broady has previously held significant roles including Vice President of Legal, Corporate Governance and Securities at the same company, and Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Clearwire from 2004 to 2013. Prior legal experience includes a Partner role at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP and positions at DLA Piper, Lionel Sawyer & Collins, and as a Legal Extern for the Honorable Alfredo C. Marquez. Broady holds a JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, and a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder.
