Homer Filart

Homer Filart has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Homer started their career at Smart Communications, Inc. in 2000, where they worked as a Senior GSM Core and Access Engineer until 2006. Then, they joined T-Mobile in 2006 and held various roles over the years. Homer started as a Senior Product Manager, Network Technology - Voice Services and later became the Head of Product and Technology – Voice Services. Currently, they are working at T-Mobile as the Principal Technology and Product Manager - Voice Services.

Homer Filart holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Saint Louis University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner and Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS), the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco, the Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft, and the Registered Electronics and Communications Engineer of the Philippines from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission.
