Joddy Krogstad

Joddy (Reimer) Krogstad, MBA, SHRM - SCP, currently serves as an HR Business Partner at T-Mobile, where strategic direction and guidance are provided to business leaders regarding people strategies and talent management programs. In addition, Joddy is an instructor for the Human Resources Certification Preparation course at Seattle Research Partners, Inc. and Seattle Pacific University, helping professionals prepare for various HR certification exams. Previous roles include serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager at Universal Avionics Systems Corporation, as well as Human Resources Manager and Generalist at Heatcon Composite Systems, where contributions were made to human resource strategic plans and organizational effectiveness. Joddy also held a volunteer role as Education Director for the National Association of Women MBAs - Seattle, focusing on women's empowerment in business. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from Seattle Pacific University and a B.S. in Applied Management from National American University.
