Joe Preston

Joe Preston is an experienced professional in customer care and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Global Care at T-Mobile since September 2008, after holding positions including Sr. Director and Director in the same department. Prior to T-Mobile, Joe Preston worked at XO Communications from September 2003 to September 2008, where roles included Director of Customer Care and Operations and Sr. Manager of the National Repair Center. Joe Preston's earlier career at XO Communications also included a Supervisor role in the Trouble Resolution Team. Additionally, Joe Preston gained experience at AT&T Broadband as a Supervisor in Technical Service and Support and at Aspen Distribution. Joe Preston earned a degree from the University of Phoenix between 2002 and 2005.
