Kevin A. Hart

Kevin A. Hart, MBA PMP, currently serves as Manager of RF Technology Assessment at T-Mobile, where responsibilities include leading an engineering team for strategic analyses such as spectrum and FCC commitment assessments, as well as spearheading signal quality improvement initiatives and project management. Previously, Kevin held managerial roles at Sprint, leading Small Cell Technology Planning efforts, and has extensive experience in systems engineering and project management across multiple organizations, including the Central Intelligence Agency, Verizon Wireless, AT&T, and ACCESSLINE TECHNOLOGIES. Kevin's educational background includes an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business, an MSSE from George Mason University, and a BS in Physical Science from Oregon State University.
