Martha Ventura

Martha Ventura serves as the VP of Engineering & Operations for T-Mobile in the State of California, overseeing the wireless and fixed wireless network, including RF Engineering, Site Deployment, Program Management, Field & Switch Operations, and financial aspects. Previously, Martha held the role of VP of Engineering & Operations for Southern California at T-Mobile, managing engineering and operations across the Greater Los Angeles area. Martha's earlier experience includes positions as Executive Director of Engineering & Operations for Southern California at AT&T Mobility and Cingular Wireless, as well as engineering roles at Pacific Bell Mobile Services and Pacific Bell. Martha earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Phoenix.
