Muhammed Thabet

Muhammed (Matt) Thabet is a seasoned professional in network engineering and operations, currently serving as the Director of Network Engineering & Operations at T-Mobile since May 2017. In this role, Matt oversees four managers and thirty indirect reports to develop and maintain a cellular network of 800 sites in central Pennsylvania, focusing on people development, process improvement, and KPI achievement. Prior to T-Mobile, Matt held multiple positions at Verizon Wireless from September 2012 to May 2017, including Sr Manager of System Performance, where initiatives to enhance team performance and meet KPIs were successfully implemented. Matt's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from The German University in Cairo.
