Oscar van Blaaderen MSc, FPA, CTP possesses extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as Manager Control Opex & Capex and interim Manager Functional Finance at T-Mobile since September 2019. Prior to T-Mobile, Oscar worked at Shell from August 2007 to September 2019, holding various management roles including Planning and Appraisal Manager Technology and Finance Manager Innovation and Research, achieving significant accomplishments such as reducing planning cycle lead times and implementing Power BI for enhanced decision support. Oscar began a career in finance as an interim consultant and held positions in government and public service, including control and project management roles. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Managerial Control from Nyenrode Business University and a Bachelor's in Business/Managerial Economics from Hogeschool voor Economische Studies Rotterdam.
