Percival Javier

Percival Javier has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Engineering Operations Manager at T-Mobile since February 2011, where previous roles included Switch Engineering Manager and Sr. Switch Operation. Prior to T-Mobile, Percival Javier worked at PAETEC from August 2003 to January 2011 in switching. Percival Javier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from De La Salle University, studied from 1992 to 1996.
