Dyann Turner

Dyann Turner has over 25 years of experience in various human resources roles. Dyann is currently the Human Resources Director at T.O. Plastics, a position they began in 2020. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2020, they served as the Human Resources Director at American Engineering Testing, Inc. (AET), where they led the Human Resources function for American Consulting Services (ACS). From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Regional Human Resource Representative at Dish Network, where they were responsible for recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel. From 2003 to 2008, they were the Human Resource Manager at Midwest Manufacturing, where they established and oversaw the HR department for a multi-state organization. Dyann also has experience as a Human Resource Manager at Tartan Textile Services from 1998 to 2002 and National Linen Service from 1995 to 1998. Dyann Turner holds an MBA, PHR, and SHRM-CP certifications.

Dyann Turner, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a Bachelor's degree from Gustavus Adolphus College. Dyann furthered their education at the University of St. Thomas, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused on Human Resources. In addition to their degrees, Dyann holds various certifications, including the SHRM-CP certification. Dyann has also completed multiple courses and training programs on topics such as hiring, managing, and separating from employees, HR and digital transformation, compensation and benefits, strategic human resources, unconscious bias, and more.
