Fernando Cabral Abreu has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Fernando Cabral began their career at Clariant S/A Chemical Industry as a Sales Analyst, where they were responsible for various sales-related tasks and played a key role in the implementation of an SAP project. Fernando Cabral then joined SONDA, one of the largest SAP consulting companies in Brazil, where they served as a Pre Sales Manager, overseeing project implementation, enhancements, and leading the pre-sales activities. Following that, they joined T-Systems as a Solutions Manager, responsible for business development, proposal generation, and team structuring. Fernando Cabral later became the Head of Specialized Sales - SAP & DSI at T-Systems do Brasil, where they played a key role in specialized sales and business development. Throughout their career, Fernando Cabral Abreu has demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, and team management within the technology and consulting industries.

Fernando Cabral Abreu completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Paulista from 1991 to 1994. Fernando Cabral also obtained English Proficiency certification from The University of British Columbia in 1995 and 1996. In addition to their formal education, Fernando has acquired certifications in "Tecnicas Avançadas de Negociação" from ADVANCE Consulting and "SAP Integrated Intelligent Suite" from SAP, both obtained in 2021.
