Marcio Miranda has a diverse work experience. Marcio started their career as an Interchange Analyst at Banco Mercantil de São Paulo - FINASA from August 1991 to September 1996. Marcio then joined HP Enterprise Services in September 1996 and held the position of Latin America Client Delivery Executive until May 2012. At HP, they were responsible for client relationship, service delivery, financial performance, business development, and personnel management for GMAC Latin America Operations. Since May 2012, Marcio has been working at T-Systems do Brasil, where they have held various leadership roles. Currently, they are the VP Customer Services & Portfolio Unit SAP, overseeing T-Systems Brazil's business for existing customers, C-level relationships, delivery, P&L, and new business. Marcio is also part of the T-Systems Brazil Board. Prior to this role, they served as Head of Portfolio Unit - SAP Solutions, Head of Global Systems Integration, and Head of Solution & Projects.

Marcio Miranda has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Faculdade de Ciencias Economicas de SP - FACESP/FECAP, which they obtained between 1993 and 1998. Marcio also holds an MBA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they completed between 2007 and 2009.
