Ulf Kossol

Ulf Kossol has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Ulf began their career in the military as a Captain in the Bundeswehr from October 1995 to September 2009. Ulf then transitioned to the private sector and founded their own company, Kossol Media GmbH, where they served as the CEO from August 2007 to December 2009. Following this, Ulf joined T-Systems MMS in 2009 and held various roles, including Senior Consultant Intranet Strategy from October 2009 to April 2012, Head of Social Business Technology from April 2012 to January 2020, and Head of People Experience from January 2020 to the present. Additionally, Ulf Kossol is currently working at Telekom MMS as the Director of People Experience since January 2023.

Ulf Kossol completed their Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from Helmut-Schmidt-Universität/Universität der Bundeswehr Hamburg from 2000 to 2004. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Digital Strategies for Business from Columbia Business School. Additionally, in November 2022, they became a Gallup Certified Strength Coach.
