Pavol Jurcina

Pavol Jurcina has extensive experience in quality management and process improvement, currently serving as the IQ Care Executive Customer Head at T-Systems International GmbH since February 2017. In parallel, Pavol has held the position of Head of Department Quality & Processes and acting Head of DeEscalation at T-Systems Slovakia s.r.o. since January 2012, where responsibilities include ramping up DeEscalation Management, implementing production safeguarding protocols, and maintaining a corporate quality management system compliant with DIN EN ISO 9001. Pavol has an educational background from Trebisovska, graduating in 1998, and has previously led Six Sigma initiatives, managing teams and contributing to strategic planning within the organization.
