Subha Sridharan

Subha Sridharan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in delivery excellence and service management, currently serving as the Delivery Excellence Lead at T-Systems International since September 2018. In this role, Subha leads a significant strategic program aimed at consolidating global delivery and optimizing costs while enhancing client success through modernized delivery frameworks. Previously, Subha was a Senior Technical Consultant at Tech Mahindra, providing leadership in service management, and held the position of Delivery Project Executive at IBM, overseeing large account delivery and project management transformation initiatives. Subha's career began at Wipro, where project management skills were developed through various roles in onsite program management and support transitions. Subha holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
