Megan Kelly

Megan Kelly is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Delivery Excellence Lead at Woodside Energy, where technology leadership is provided during the implementation of the Accelerator (IBM Garage) model within the Operations Transformation program. With a strong focus on digital capability maturation and stakeholder collaboration, Megan has held various roles at Woodside, including Principal Contract Auditor, Developments Materials Team Lead, Business Improvement Coordinator, and Business Engagement Coordinator. Prior to this, Megan managed large teams and warehouse operations at Coventry Group LTD, optimizing service levels and contributing to automation initiatives. Megan holds a Master of Business Administration in Oil and Gas from Curtin University.
